Delivery & Returns
Every order is packed carefully in the studio and dispatched in small batches.
Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within three to five business days. During busy launches or seasonal periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we will keep customers updated if timings shift.
UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and free UK delivery applies automatically when the order total reaches the current threshold.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.
If you change your mind, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces should be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
