By placing an order with Clay & Cottage, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
Because our pieces are handmade, slight differences in glaze, tone, scale, and finish are part of the character of the work and should not be considered faults.
All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, and website content at any time before an order is placed.
An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive an order confirmation. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.
